Who are Canine Natural Cures?
Canine Natural Cures has been in business in the UK since 1988 and specialise in offering homoeopathy to help with behavioural problems. Frances Gavin's experience of dogs and their training extends back to the early 1970s  and she is happy to offer behaviour/training  advice if required.  Frances is a director of the Federation of Dog Training and Canine Behaviourists and was instrumental in setting up and teaching the City & Guilds Canine Studies course with that organisation.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?
Yes. All transactions are in pounds sterling and placed through our secure server.  Your details are encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone else.

Can I send a cheque instead?
If you prefer send a cheque (sterling or sterling bank draft only) made payable to Frances Gavin.  The postal address is:

When will I get my order?
All orders are posted within 24 hours where possible. If we are out of stock of the book you have ordered we will notify you of the expected delivery date and your credit/debit card will not be debited until you have agreed and the book is ready for despatch.  You can track your order by clicking here

What are the postage costs to Europe (including Irish Republic)?
We charge an extra £1.00 for homoeopathy to go airmail. Books sent airmail will depend on the weight and you will be notified when you order. We only charge a nominal sum for handling and packaging. 

What are the postage costs to US, Australia or anywhere else?
We charge an extra £2.00 for homoeopathy to go airmail. Books sent airmail will depend on the weight and you will be contacted prior to the order being processed (the ordering system may show zero). We only charge a nominal sum for handling and packaging.
