PetCol Anal Gland Supplement for dogs has been specifically designed for dogs with anal gland issues. A dog with blocked anal glands will typically scoot their bottom along the floor in an effort to ease discomfort. PetCol Anal Gland Supplement is a great source of soluble fibre with the added benefit of Pro/Pre Biotic concentrate and helps to create a bulkier stool which is believed to help naturally express anal glands.  Contains psyllium seed which is widely recognised to alleviate the symptoms of blocked anal glands in dogs and stop dogs scooting.  PetCol uses whole psyllium seed including the husk as it absorbs more water than just the husk and is more gelatinous so more soothing.

Use for loose stools, constipation, anal gland support and IBS. 100g.

If your dog suffers from blocked anal glands then we recommend that you purchase our Homeopathic Anal Gland Support as well to have on hand in the event that your dog suffers a bout of discomfort with their anal glands. This homeopathic remedy can be given hourly in the event of a flare-up and helps to soothe that uncomfortable tenderness for  your dog. Order with your PetCol. Contains 200+ tablets.

It works

Bought this for my dog who has a sensitive stomach and problems with anal glands. Have found that it has really helped her, on the 2nd pot now and so far she hasn't had any more problems, so we are both happy. So easy to give her, just sprinkle it on her food, mix it in, job done!

No back-end licking!

I bought this to replace the fibre supplement my vet recommended and after 2 days Frank stopped biting his tail and licking his back end. Will purchase again

Seems to be working

My lad, who suffers with a blocked anal gland in a regular basis and has a lot of pain from it, seems to be doing well on this. It’s early days yet but since I started him on it we have had no vet visits or pain.

Colon care

Purchased previously, after a traumatic visit to the vets - four of us holding down our Chowski, to have his glands expressed. Glad to say that we have not had to take Enzo back to the vets for this very upsetting procedure, since we started using this product.

PetCol Anal Gland Supplement

On our second tub and it does appear to be working. We have not had to visit
the vet for anal gland draining for almost 3 months which is a real bonus.

Thank you for your review of our PetCol. We are thrilled to hear that it has been effective for your dog!
