UK

Free standard delivery for orders over £49.99 to same UK address. Aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.

Most orders are sent out the same working day if ordered before 1.30 pm. You can opt for Priority Service at checkout which aims to deliver in 1-2 working days. Please note that your day of despatch counts as day 0 so if you order on a Monday, day 1 will be Tuesday, Day 2 Wednesday etc. 

If there is going to be a delay despatching your order we will let you know. Unfortunately once your order has been despatched we cannot make changes. If you wish to order again then you will need to place a separate order and may incur an additional delivery charge.

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to inform us that you did not receive your item. If you inform us after this time we are not required to replace or refund the item. 

If you are not in to receive a delivery then we will attempt to deliver the parcel to a safe place or neighbour. If you do not wish your item to be delivered to a safe place or neighbour please advise us of this at the point of placing your order. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address. If incorrect or inaccurate information is supplied then we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. In the event that an order is despatched with incorrect or inaccurate shipping information then Canine Natural Cures cannot be held liable for the cost of the goods. In the event that the item is returned to Canine Natural Cures then we will issue a refund for the item minus shipping costs. If the item is not returned to Canine Natural Cures and does not reach the customer then the customer will be liable for the full cost of the item and the shipping. 

To assist our couriers and to ensure that customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, your full name and  telephone number may be printed on package labels. If you do not wish this information to appear on your label then please contact us to advise asap. In the circumstances it may be necessary to cancel your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Items will be not be considered lost until they have been missing for 10 days from the date of the last courier scan. Refunds and replacements before this time are at our discretion. 

Orders under £49.99 choose between:

Standard Delivery: Aims to deliver within 3-5 working days of despatch. 
Priority Delivery: Aims to deliver within 1-2 working days of despatch.

Orders under £49.99 will be charged £3.99 delivery for Standard Delivery. You may choose to opt for Priority delivery and pay £4.99 for orders.

Orders over £49.99

Will be delivered free of charge Standard Delivery. Alternatively upgrade to Priority Deliver and pay just £1 for orders over £49.99.

There may be an extra charge for Highlands and Islands but we will let you know before despatch.

We regret that we are currently only shipping items to UK.

We offer free standard delivery on orders that meet or exceed our minimum spend threshold at the time of purchase.

Effect of Returns on Free Delivery Eligibility
If you return one or more items from your order and the value of the items you keep falls below the free-delivery threshold, the order will no longer qualify for free delivery. In this situation, the standard delivery charge that would have applied to the original order will be deducted from your refund.

USA Shipping Policy

We're delighted to be shipping to the USA again!

To make the process as simple as possible, we've included all applicable customs duties and import charges in your order at checkout. This means that, in most cases, you shouldn't have anything extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped from the UK using a tracked service.

  • Delivery typically takes around 10 working days, although customs processing and local carrier delays can occasionally mean it takes a little longer.

  • You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Customs & Import Charges

The price you pay at checkout includes the applicable customs duties and import charges for eligible orders, so your parcel should be delivered without any unexpected fees.

Tracking Your Order

All USA orders are sent using a fully tracked delivery service. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update once your parcel has left the UK and entered the US postal network.

Delays

While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, international deliveries can occasionally be delayed by customs inspections, adverse weather, or carrier issues that are outside our control. If your parcel hasn't arrived after 20 working days, please get in touch and we'll be happy to investigate.
