The Reactive Dog Pack is a 90-day natural support course for dogs who bark, growl or lunge at other dogs because they feel frightened. It brings together Nonaggress Plus, our daily homeopathic support for fear-based reactivity, and Calm Xtra herbal calming drops for the moments you know are going to be difficult.
We'll be honest with you: reactivity doesn't change overnight. Your dog has often been practising this behaviour for months, sometimes years. That's why this pack gives you a full 90-day course, so your dog has the time they need to feel safer and settle into calmer habits on walks.
What's in the Reactive Dog Pack
- Nonaggress Plus homeopathy (90-day supply) – one small tablet a day, whatever the size or breed of your dog. Gentle daily support for dogs whose reactions to other dogs are driven by fear. Our 90-day supply already includes 30 days free.
- Calm Xtra natural calming drops (30ml) – a herbal tincture of valerian, skullcap, passionflower, wild lettuce and Jamaican dogwood. Add a few drops to food or a treat before a walk, a vet visit or any situation you know your dog finds hard.
Is the Reactive Dog Pack right for my dog?
This pack may suit your dog if they:
- Bark, growl or lunge when they see another dog
- Look frightened, nervous or overwhelmed around other dogs
- Became reactive after a frightening experience with another dog
- Are a rescue dog with an unknown or difficult background
- Make walks stressful for both of you
Nonaggress Plus is specifically for fear-based reactivity. If your dog is reacting for a different reason, or you're not sure, please get in touch before ordering and we'll help you choose the right support.
What to expect over the 90 days
- Weeks 1–3: Give Nonaggress Plus every day and use Calm Xtra before the situations you know are tricky. Some owners notice small changes early on, but many dogs need around three weeks before you can judge progress.
- Weeks 4–8: Look for gradual signs of progress – your dog may notice another dog without reacting straight away, cope at a closer distance, or calm down more quickly afterwards.
- Weeks 9–12: Keep going consistently. Dogs with long-standing reactivity often need the full course (and sometimes longer) to build their confidence.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There will be good walks and less good walks, and that's completely normal.
Getting the best from the pack
- Give Nonaggress Plus every day – consistency matters far more than quantity
- Keep a safe distance from other dogs while your dog builds confidence
- Use it alongside positive training or a qualified behaviourist if you're working with one
- Jot down how walks are going each week so you can spot the progress

Homeopathy FAQ
How should I give homeopathy to my dog?
Our homeopathic tablets and pills should be given 30 minutes before or after food. This is because homeopathy needs to be given on a 'clean tongue'. This means no strong flavours in your pet's mouth. The tablets and pills are very small and taste sweet so most dogs will accept them readily.
If you struggle to give your dog tablets or pills then we suggest that you crush the tablet between the fold of a piece of paper and mix with a drop of milk or in a tiny pat of butter. Most dogs will happily take their homeopathy like this.
Is it true that you shouldn't touch homeopathy?
Yes and no. It is difficult not to touch the tablets at all but try to keep handling to a minimum to preserve its potency. Your homeopathy will be supplied to you in a plastic tube. When giving to your dog simply drop a tablet or pill into the palm of your hand. Most dogs will lick it off your hand as the tablets taste sweet.
What is the dose for a small or large breed of dog?
Whether your dog is a mastiff or a chihuahua they will have the same dose of homeopathy. This makes homeopathy a very economical choice for owners of large breeds!
How quickly does homeopathy work?
Depending on the nature of the problem most customers will see a difference within a week or so. If you don't see an improvement then please get in touch with us as sometimes we can tailor-make homeopathy especially for your dog. There is no extra charge for this service.
What age can I give homeopathy from?
Homeopathy is safe to give to your dog from 12 weeks old. With the exception of our range for pregnant bitches do not give during pregnancy.
Give one Nonaggress Plus tablet daily, ideally on a clean tongue around 30 minutes before or after food. If your dog won't take it directly, try it with a little milk, plain yoghurt or butter. Add a few drops of Calm Xtra to food or a treat about 20 mins before walks or situations your dog finds stressful. You can use both on the same day.
Why is my dog reactive to other dogs?
Why is my dog reactive to other dogs?
Most reactivity towards other dogs comes from fear. It's common in rescue dogs and dogs who have been rushed at or attacked by another dog. On the lead, a frightened dog can't move away, so they bark, growl or lunge instead. When the other dog moves on, your dog learns that the behaviour "worked", which is why it can become a habit. It's a sort of "I'll get you before you get me" response. If reactivity has appeared suddenly, it's worth asking your vet to rule out pain or another physical cause.
How do I know if my dog's reactivity is fear-based?
How do I know if my dog's reactivity is fear-based?
Fearful dogs often show tucked tails, flattened ears, freezing, hackles up, trying to back away or hide behind you, or reacting more on the lead than off it. Dogs who pull towards other dogs, whine and wag because they're desperate to say hello are more likely to be frustrated than frightened. If you're not sure, email us at woof@caninenaturalcures.co.uk and we'll talk it through with you.
How will the Reactive Dog Pack help?
How will the Reactive Dog Pack help?
Nonaggress Plus provides gentle, everyday support to help fearful dogs feel calmer and more able to cope when they meet other dogs. Calm Xtra gives extra herbal support for specific situations you know will be challenging. A calmer dog is also better able to learn, so the pack works well alongside training rather than replacing it.
How long will it take to work?
How long will it take to work?
This isn't an overnight fix. We recommend giving Nonaggress Plus consistently for around three weeks before judging progress. Some dogs show changes sooner, while dogs with long-standing reactivity may need the full 90 days or longer. Look for steady improvement rather than an instant change.
What happens after the 90 days?
What happens after the 90 days?
Once you're happy with your dog's behaviour, gradually reduce Nonaggress Plus from one tablet daily to one every other day, and so on until it's no longer needed. If your dog needs more support, get in touch and we can recommend the next step. The pack is designed to support your dog while they learn, not replace training. Owners who combine daily support with patient, positive training and plenty of distance from triggers usually see the best progress.

Suzanne Drake Has really helped my fear-reactive dog. He was on medication from the vets (recommended by a behaviourist), which did nothing at all but make him sleep. He is off that medication now, and after speaking with the brilliant team at Canine Natural Cures, three weeks ago, I decided to give these a try. Three weeks to the day, and this morning he walked past 5 off-lead Spaniels with no reaction at all! Brilliant. Would definitely recommend these to anyone with a fear-based reactive dogs.
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience! We're thrilled to hear that Nonaggress Plus homeopathy has made such a positive difference for your dog.

Suzanne Drake My dog was on medication from the vets (as recommended by a behaviourist) which only made him sleep and didn't help at all with the behavioural issue, (fear reaction with other dogs) He is now off that medication, and I decided after speaking to the super helpful team at Canine Natural Cures to give Nonaggress Plus a try, 3 weeks in and this morning he calmly walked past 5 off lead Spaniels without any issues. Brilliant! One small tablet a day, which he takes without food. Would definitely recommend giving these a try if your dog has any reactivity issues around other dogs.

Zoe My boy is very reactive to other dogs & judges when getting examined at shows he also reacts to silly garden tubs & cats though he takes these wee tablets no bother with no sickness like his other supplement he was on so. Think I’d be better trying a different product from your range.

Ali Carter These drops are an absolute Godsend!! I just give my little 11 year old Shih Tzu 8 drops 20 minutes before bedtime, and her 3 hour non-stop barking has stopped completely. I am finally getting a night's sleep after a year of broken nights. We have no idea why she was doing it as she has her 2 Golden Retrievers with her whom she loves, a light, water, and a variety of beds. Now she is calm at night, and yet completely normal during the day. I can thoroughly recommend them. Thank you so much!! :-)
Hi Alison, We are thrilled to hear that Calm Xtra has made such a positive difference for your Shih Tzu and your sleep! Thank you for sharing your experience and for recommending us. Wishing you many peaceful nights ahead!

Ruth Green After placing an order I received a phone call advising me that I’d picked two products that overlapped slightly and giving me a recommendation for a better option. It’s not often a company will go out of their way like this, especially when an order has already been placed. Canine natural cures have a lifelong customer now.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review! Our goal is to always provide the best recommendations and support for our customers and their dogs.

Annette Pleaden Our Macadonian rescue dog, Morwenna who, has always been more than a little nervous at this time of year was so calm this year after our giving her the noise remedy and the Calm Xtra. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who's dog gets stressed out

N Smith I have had my 2 year old rescue Rottador for nearly 4 months. She wasn’t socialised before I got her and is reactive towards other dogs. Because she is strong, it can make walking her frustrating. However, I started her on these a few weeks ago and the difference is remarkable. We can walk past other dogs without a reaction and she is more focussed. The dog walker said last week she was the best she’s ever been, which is amazing. She still likes to have the last word if another dog reacts at her first, but our walks are now more enjoyable.
Thank you so much for posting your review and the great feedback. I am so pleased to hear that your dog is doing better. Slow steady improvement is just what we are looking for!

Avril James We gave these to our 7 year old female bulldog as we were due to have fireworks in the area and she really gets stressed with them usually. She was very calm and even slept through some of the bangs! Thanks very much

Carol Wild My 2 year old border collie became reactive towards staffies after a few encounters with two that we have met on a few occasions while she was out running with me. They were very friendly ( too friendly! ) she couldn't get away from them and she looked completely overwhelmed by them! She also isn't very keen on French bulldogs as there is one next door to us that barks at her a lot! She is very friendly and submissive with all other dogs but these two breeds tend to upset her. Whilst out running with me a couple of weeks ago she was running ahead of me and slightly out of sight. I heard a commotion and when she came into view she was fighting with a staffie! I was upset and not sure how to try and solve the problem when I got an email from your company advertising the Non Aggress homeopathic tablets so I thought I'd give them a go, I'm so glad that I did! The tablets arrived on the Thursday and by Saturday when we took her to parkrun as we usually do we could see the difference by then already! She seemed a lot calmer and since then she has gone from strength to strength. She has even met up with the dog she was fighting with and ran straight past it without a second look! I have been working with her too, getting her to 'leave' and saying 'off you go' so that she runs past rather than stop and get involved with other dogs and she seems to be listening and doing as I ask! The tablets have definitely helped and she is more calm and confident!

Z.C. My terrier cross has fear reactivity after being attacked by intact male dogs when he was a puppy. Walking has been so stressful for both of us since then and I have tried so many different strategies and remedies but nothing worked.
The difference since taking these daily has been astonishing. He is still nervous around bigger, male dogs but is no longer reactive. He allows me to distract & re-assure him which is wonderful for us both. He’s more playful with other dogs and is re-learning how to interact and socialise. I cannot thank you enough - I have my happy little dog back x
We are thrilled to hear that Nonaggress Plus has made such a positive impact on your dog's life and to know that he is no longer reactive and is able to interact and socialize with other dogs. Thank you for choosing our product and for sharing your experience with us.

Fiona Gibson I have been using nonaggression plus, together with Kalmaid for a couple of weeks. While the Kalmaid helps with other situations such as traffic, I have noticed an improvement when we are passing other dogs. He has even let a couple of them have a sniff. Archie was attacked by entire males on two occasions when he was under a year old. This resulted in Archie having fear aggression towards other dogs. We saw a behaviourist who recommended throwing treats on ground as a distraction technique. Every walk is a training session, but I can see positive improvements. Will forward a picture of Archie

J.C. After using nonaggress plus for about 3 weeks, alongside calm dog hemp oil, I realised that both dogs reactivity towards other dogs, had diminished. I can honestly say that in all that time, there has only been one incident of reactivity. This used to be a daily occurrence at the sight of any dog. I shall continue to use nonaggress plus for a few more months, then gradually start reducing the dose. It’s given us all our confidence back. Thank you
Hi Jean, thankyou for your review, we are so happy to hear that their reactivity has diminished and you walks now can be more relaxed for you and them.

Lindsay Atkinson Just ordered my 2nd bottle for my dogs. Definitely helped my anxious velcro dog, going to try them both on it in the upcoming firework season.

Miss N M Clewes This has really helped with my dog’s fear of dogs whilst out on lead walks. He used to freeze and not move now ignores the dog and keeps walking! Thank you 🤩
Hi Nichola, we're so glad to hear Nonaggress Plus is helping your dog feel more confident on walks! Thanks for sharing your experience. 😊

Debbie Always prompt and Well packaged.

Kristina Urbanowska Unfortunately these drops didn't work. I gave them to my elderly dog 30 minutes before dropping him off at a friend's house. He howled and barked for 4½ hours and made himself sick. My friend and her dogs were with him the whole time. Since losing his best friend who he spent every day with for 13 years, he now suffers terrible separation anxiety if I leave him.
